Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return & Refund Policy
This policy is governed by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.
1. General Conditions
1.1. According to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, personalized products, made-to-order items, or those purchased through preorder are not eligible for return.
1.2. No returns or size exchanges are accepted for items bought with discounts or during promotions.
1.3. All product sizing information is clearly provided in the size chart. It is the customer’s responsibility to check sizing before placing an order.
2. Return Policy
2.1. We do not offer monetary refunds.
2.2. If a return is approved, you will receive a store credit (discount code) equal to the value of the product, valid for 12 months and redeemable only on our online store.
2.3. To be eligible for store credit, the returned item must be:

2.4. If the item is returned in compromised, used, or damaged condition, no store credit will be issued and the item will not be sent back to you.
2.5. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and will not be reimbursed under any circumstance.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
3.1. If the item you receive is faulty or incorrect, you are entitled to a replacement or, if not available, a store credit of equal value.
3.2. Faulty item claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt, including clear photos and a description sent to antonioabelecirillo@gmail.com.
3.3. We reserve the right to inspect and assess the claim before issuing store credit.

5. Limitations of Responsibility
5.1. We are not responsible for incorrect size selection or failure to review our size chart.
5.2. Items bought on preorder or during sales are non-returnable.
5.3. Shipping fees are always non-refundable.
6. Legal Framework
This policy is governed by Italian law. In case of dispute, the jurisdiction will be that of the consumer’s place of residence, unless otherwise provided by mandatory law.
